People often ask me what I do, and my answer is simple:
They call me the secret weapon for business growth. I help successful professionals stand out in a distracted marketplace and attract more high-quality, highly committed clients without pairs ads, expensive lead generation or dancing on TikTok (unless that’s your thing)
But the truth is, I didn’t build my business because I love social media.
I built it because I don’t.
In a world that seems to reward whoever raps the best on TikTok or shouts the loudest online, I wanted another way. I wanted to prove that visibility doesn’t have to be performative. That growth can be built on authority, relationships, and a message that truly connects.
So I created what I now call the Strategic Growth Engine™.
Ironically, that journey began long before I had a name for it.
I’m the daughter of a Scottish immigrant and the granddaughter of a sharecropper. Somehow, a girl from humble beginnings found herself working with brands like Universal Pictures, FOX, Disney, ABC, and Mattel. For years, I thought I’d simply been lucky.
But looking back, I realized something important:
I wasn’t lucky.
I had systems.
At Universal Pictures, I was hired because I wrote a thoughtful thank-you note after my interview. Years later, I discovered that small act of standing out had made all the difference.
Throughout my career, I kept doing things differently. I created environments where people felt valued. I made work fun. I listened. I brought people together. I built teams where everyone rowed in the same direction.
I learned that from my mother. She had a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Those lessons became part of everything I did.
The funny thing about our gifts is that we often don’t recognize them because they come naturally.
I didn’t realize that what I was doing at Disney or Mattel were systems. I thought I was just being myself.
That’s true for many successful people.
They struggle to explain what makes them different because what they do best feels ordinary to them. They can’t see the value because they’ve lived with it for so long.
That’s why one of my favorite things to do is help people uncover the essence of what they do.
Whether someone is growing an existing business, making a life transition, or turning a passion into something profitable, the challenge is often the same:
Clarity.
Because revenue follows clarity.
When you understand who you are, what you do, and why it matters, your message becomes stronger. Opportunities become easier to recognize. The right people begin to notice.
That’s what I love most.
Listening deeply.
Finding the patterns others overlook.
Helping people articulate what comes naturally to them.
Because sometimes your greatest strengths are hiding in plain sight.
And sometimes the secret weapon you’ve been looking for has been there all along.
