Are you stuck in your story… or is your story the foundation of your success?
That question hit me hard this week. I was at a high-level training surrounded by incredible entrepreneurs having major breakthroughs—and I was miserable.
I couldn’t sleep. I felt off. The timing felt wrong. My body was tired, my emotions were raw, and the money stress was real.
The old programming kicked in hard.
That sneaky, toxic voice that says:
You’re too much. You’re not enough. You’re fat. You’re unworthy. You’re invisible. You’re offensive just for existing.
Have you ever been in a room full of powerful people, and still felt like a 12-year-old version of yourself who doesn’t belong?
It’s wild how quickly our deepest, oldest stories can resurface—especially when we’re on the edge of expansion.
And here’s what I’ve learned:
Our paradigms—the beliefs, thoughts, and subconscious behaviors we’ve rehearsed for decades—fight like heck to keep us safe and small.
Because safe and small = familiar.
And familiar often feels easier than new and uncomfortable, even when that new space is where your freedom lives.
So there I was:
• Stuck in a scarcity loop
• Triggered by body image
• Comparing myself
• Judging myself
• Questioning my worth
• Facing money fears
• And feeling like an imposter for even being in that room
But… I didn’t leave.
I stayed.
I did the work.
I saw the pattern.
And I broke the loop.
Because here’s the thing: you’re allowed to outgrow your story.
Your story was meant to be your foundation—not your frame.
Your past shouldn’t box you in—it should elevate your perspective.
When I finally remembered who I am—an expert in creating irresistible offers, a masterful listener, a coach who hears the gold buried in your story—I realized this is why I do what I do.
Because some of y’all are out here stuck in your story…
…when your story is the offer.
…when your pain is your power.
…when your message is already inside you—you just need someone to draw it out.
That’s what I do.
I help you turn your story into strategy.
Your experience into income.
Your voice into value.
You’re not broken.
You’re building.
And your paradigm doesn’t get the final say—you do.
